Sewing Workshop by Acufactum

Just like us, the tiny animal families love to sew! Measurements are being taken for Mr Badger’s new coat, Mr Bear carefully sews by hand whilst Mrs Bear sews on the sewing machine at lightening speed. The young animals are keen to help with baby bear carrying fabric (he’s not a baby anymore but they still call him it, which he doesn’t mind), young Boris the badger is bringing wool as his mum is going to knit a scarf and Rosie rabbit is trying to work out the instructions for the quilt her mum is sewing on her sewing machine as she feels that she has made a mistake somewhere along the line and is wondering if anyone would notice or if she needs to unpick. All around them the workshop is busy, with ribbons, pins, buttons and thimbles flying everywhere. What a delightful scene, all beautifully illustrated by Sophia Drescher and set on an ivory background with a pattern paper design.

The fabric can naturally shrink by up to 5-7% therefore we recommend washing our fabrics before sewing (especially in combination with other materials).

To help with the environment this fabric is not chemically pre-treated therefore is not suitable for external decoration due to poor light resistance. Let's all help our planet!

Fabric is sold in quarter meter units measuring 50 x 72cm (Fat Quarter). For a full meter of fabric measuring 100cm x 145cm just add 4 units to your basket. All fabric is cut to order and multiple units will be cut in one continuous length.

Please note that the fabric is cut to order, therefore we cannot refund the fabric once it has been cut.
